释义	虚假债权转让的后果：（一）第三人取代原债务人，成为新债务人，由第三人直接向债权人承担债务；（二）抗辩权随之移转，新债务人可以主张原债务人对债权人的抗辩；（三）新债务人应当承担与债务有关的从债务，但从债务专属于原债务人自身的除外。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十七条，债权人转让债权的，受让人取得与债权有关的从权利，但是该从权利专属于债权人自身的除外。受让人取得从权利不因该从权利未办理转移登记手续或者未转移占有而受到影响。
