1、居民身份证；
2、户口簿(或者集体户籍证明)；
3、婚姻状况证明；
4、二寸彩照3张本人近期正面免冠二寸单人彩照3张。
办理结婚登记的香港居民、澳门居民、台湾居民应当出具下列证件和证明材料：
1、本人的有效通行证、身份证;
2、经居住地公证机构公证的本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的声明。
民政局领结婚证的条件有哪些：
1、男女双方必须自愿结婚(自主把握)。
2、结婚年龄：男年满22周岁.女年满20周岁。
3、双方均无配偶(未婚、离婚、丧偶)。
4、双方没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系(自主提示)。
