释义	试用期想离职不可以随时走，应当提前三天通知用人单位。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。即使单位领导不签字批准，也可以在通知期间届满以后离开原单位。单位不依法履行相关手续的话，可以提起劳动争议仲裁，也可以申请劳动保障监察，要求单位履行法定义务。如果劳动者不履行提前告知义务的，应当承担因此为用人单位造成的实际损失。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第三十七条，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
