被海关查到出口侵权如何处置
释义
有侵权嫌疑，被海关拦截甚至查封，损失是相当严重的，抛开刑事处罚不说，该批货物要被没收，还可能被处于一定数量罚款，更要面临权利人一轮轮的侵权损害赔偿诉讼。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国海关行政处罚实施条例》 第四条 海关发现的依法应当由其他行政机关处置的违法行为，应当移送有关行政机关处置；违法行为涉嫌犯罪的，应当移送海关侦查走私犯罪公安机构、地方公安机关依法办理。
