不需要，因为这并不属于监事会的职权范畴。公司的注销需要代表公司表决权三分之二以上的股东同意才可以。公司的注销只和股东有关系，跟监事是没有关系的。所以注销公司是不需要监事签字的，也不需要监视在场或者监事的身份证明等。
