法律分析：
要约人在发出要约后，要撤回要约的，撤回要约的通知应当在该要约到达相对人前或者与要约同时到达相对人。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》
第一百四十一条 行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。
第四百七十五条 要约可以撤回。要约的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。
