释义	法律分析: 房屋不用上遗产税，我国目前没有遗产税这个税种，如果是死者的法定继承人继承其房产，只需缴纳印花税和增值税，如果房产证已办理超过五年可免征增值税。如果是非法定继承人继承房产，还需缴纳契税。《中华人民共和国契税法》第一条在中华人民共和国境内转移土地、房屋权属，承受的单位和个人为契税的纳税人，应当依照本法规定缴纳契税。
