释义	法律分析：骗婚行为是指有目的性的结果，可能是因为利益，或者是利害关系才进行的婚姻。迫使另一方当事人违背真实意愿结婚的情况。受胁迫一方的婚姻关系当事人可以自结婚登记之日起1年内向婚姻登记机关或人民法院请求撤销婚姻。显然，骗婚关系也不属于婚姻法中可撤销的婚姻。所谓的骗婚是概念性的，在我国没有相关的法律依据对于以婚姻为诱饵的诈骗，依法要追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。
