    1、第三者若是有证据证明自己对与他人之间的婚姻关系是不知情的，就没有法律责任；
    2、如果重婚中的第三者明知对方有配偶还与之结婚或者没有进行结婚登记，但是却以夫妻关系共同生活的，就会被认定为犯了重婚罪，则会被法院处以二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役的刑罚。
