释义	暴力干涉婚姻自由罪的构成要件是：主体要件是具有完全刑事责任能力的自然人；主观上是直接故意；客体要件是他人的婚姻自由权利和身体自由权；客观上行为人使用暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
