释义	离婚了再去登记需要带双方身份证、户口簿、离婚证到当地民政局办理结婚手续。通常，如果男女双方原系夫妻关系，通过民政局离婚登记后现想复婚（再婚）的，则到婚姻登记机关履行结婚（复婚）登记时，婚姻登记机关会收回双方的离婚证再发给结婚证。法律依据：《婚姻登记条例》第五条办理结婚登记的内地居民应当出具下列证件和证明材料：(一)本人的户口簿、身份证;(二)本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的签字声明。
