法律分析：1、需体检者先到咨询台领取体检导向单，仔细阅读后填写姓名，性别，年龄，工种类别，字迹清晰不潦草；2、凭体检导向单到交费窗口交费领取发票，进行人像采集；3、按体检导向单到相关科室体检，由于体检、发证采用计算机管理系统，提醒体检者每项必须检查，凡缺项者一律领不到健康证明。如有具体困难，请找医生或主任解决；4、领取健康证。健康证是指预防性健康检查证明，证明受检者具备做从业规定的健康素质。健康证主要涉及五个行业六种疾病，在很大程度上保护了从业人员和服务对象的健康。健康证是指对食品、饮用水生产经营人员、直接从事化妆品生产的人员、公共场所直接为顾客服务的人员、有害作业人员、放射工作人员以及在校学生等按国家卫生法律、法规规定所进行的从业前、从业和就学期间的健康检查。【本文所涉及的法律依据】：：《预防性健康管理检查规定》第十条各级卫生监督机构应制定预防性健康检查工作计划。第十一条受检单位应按规定向卫生监督机构提交受检人员名单;并由受检单位负责建立个人健康档案。第十二条承担健康检查的单位根据卫生监督机构确定的受检人员名单，按规定的应检项目安排健康检查。具体健康检查工作按国家有关技术规范进行。第十三条健康检查单位应将受检人员的检查、检验等原始记录及健康检查结果报送卫生监督机构。第十四条卫生监督机构根据健康检查结果，对预防性健康检查合格者签发健康合格证明。对不合格者提出处理意见并监督执行。原始材料同时交受检查单位或规定的存档单位存档。第十五条卫生监督机构须按年度将管辖范围内的预防性健康检查情况统一汇总，分析并及时报送当地卫生行政部门和上级卫生监督机构。
