问题	什么是立功，其有哪几种情形？
释义	所谓“立功”，是指犯罪分子犯罪后揭发他人犯罪行为，经查证属实，或者提供重要线索，从而得以侦破其他案件，以及其他对国家和社会有突出贡献的行为，立功分为三种：     （1）揭发他人的犯罪行为，查证属实的，“揭发他人的犯罪行为”是指揭发同案犯共同犯罪以外的其他犯罪；     （2）提供重要线索，从而使司法机关得以侦破其他案件的，“重要线索”是指对侦破案件具有决定意义的线索；     （3）其他立功表现，如阻止他人犯罪活动，协助司法机关抓捕其他犯罪嫌疑人（包括同案犯），阻止其他犯罪人逃跑，在抢险救灾中表现突出等。
