释义	有效。遗赠扶养协议，是遗赠人和扶养人之间关于扶养人承担遗赠人的生养死葬的义务，遗赠人的财产在其死后转归扶养人所有的协议。遗产是公民死亡时留下的个人合法财产，同一顺序的继承人对被继承人的遗产享有均等的继承权。继承人可以放弃继承权，或者将自己继承的份额转赠他人，继承人之间也可以协商分配遗产，达成的遗产分配协议依法应当履行。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百二十三条
