未成年人伤人需要承担什么法律责任
1、伤人尚不够刑事处罚，可能由公安机关给予治安管理处罚。已满14周岁不满18周岁的人违反治安管理的，从轻或者减轻处罚；不满14周岁的人违反治安管理的，不予处罚，但是应当责令其监护人严加管教。
2、对于已满十四周岁不满十六周岁的、已满十六周岁不满十八周岁，初次违反治安管理的，应当给予行政拘留处罚的，不执行行政拘留处罚。
3、未成年人的监护人应当承担民事赔偿责任。

《治安管理处罚法》
第十二条已满十四周岁不满十八周岁的人违反治安管理的，从轻或者减轻处罚；不满十四周岁的人违反治安管理的，不予处罚，但是应当责令其监护人严加管教。
第二十一条违反治安管理行为人有下列情形之一，依照本法应当给予行政拘留处罚的，不执行行政拘留处罚：
(一)已满十四周岁不满十六周岁的；
(二)已满十六周岁不满十八周岁，初次违反治安管理的；
(三)七十周岁以上的；
(四)怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁婴儿的。
《中华人民共和国民法通则》
第一百三十三条【无行为能力人和限制行为能力人致人损害的民事责任】无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人造成他人损害的，由监护人承担民事责任。监护人尽了监护责任的，可以适当减轻他的民事责任。
有财产的无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人造成他人损害的，从本人财产中支付赔偿费用。不足部分，由监护人适当赔偿，但单位担任监护人的除外。
