释义	法律分析：新中国成立后，对待富农的政策为，保护期自耕地和雇人耕种的土地和财产，不受他人侵犯。法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地改革法》第六条保护富农所有自耕和雇人耕种的土地及其他财产，不得侵犯。富农所有之出租的小量土地，亦予保留不动；但在某些特殊地区，经省以上人民政府的批准，得征收其出租土地的一部或全部。半地主式的富农出租大量土地，超过其自耕和雇人耕种的土地数量者，应征收其出租的土地。富农租入的土地应与其出租的土地相抵计算。注：《中华人民共和国土地改革法》已失效。
