释义	我国法律并没有强制规定借条必须要一式两份，一般情况下借条只需要一份，也就是债权人持有就可以了，不过如果行为人要写两份借条也是可以的。但打借条时要注意写清楚双方的姓名、金额(大小写)、借款时间期限(起止年月日和明确的借款期限)、还款的具体年月日、借款的利息，还要注意有借款本人亲自签章、手印或亲笔书写的签字。法律依据：《民法典》第六百六十八条借款合同应当采用书面形式，但是自然人之间借款另有约定的除外。借款合同的内容一般包括借款种类、币种、用途、数额、利率、期限和还款方式等条款。
