释义	法律分析：1、委托国家认可的商标代理机构办理。 2、申请人直接到商标局的商标注册大厅办理。外国人或者外国企业在中国申请商标注册和办理其他商标事宜的，应当委托依法设立的商标代理机构办理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》第十四条申请商标注册的，申请人应当提交其身份证明文件。商标注册申请人的名义与所提交的证明文件应当一致。前款关于申请人提交其身份证明文件的规定适用于向商标局提出的办理变更、转让、续展、异议、撤销等其他商标事宜。
