交通事故车辆损失鉴定是什么？ |

（一）、道路交通事故处理机关受理交通事故后，需对受损车物损失价格进行评估鉴定的，应及时委托价格主管部门进行车物损失价格鉴定。（二）、对车物勘估时，价格主管部门应派出二以上经鉴定中心审核批准的评估人员。评估人员根据勘估后确认的车物受损情况，按实施细则的修理、更换或重置的价格费用评估准则，计算损失金额，作出一个鉴定结论，出具《价格鉴定书》，并加盖鉴定单位印章。原则上鉴定结论应在交通事故发生后七天内作出，如情况特殊，经交警大队批准可延期七天。（三）、价格鉴定书经交警大队确认加盖事故处理专用章后生效，并由事故处理经办民警发给当事人。（四）、交通事故车物损失价格鉴定结论经公安交通管理部门确认生效后，任何单位或个人均不得住处更改。当事人如对经确认的鉴定结论不服或有异议的可在收到鉴结论五天内向交警支队申请重新鉴定。交警支队受理后应及时转交同级价格主管部门重新评估鉴定，同级价格主管部门要有十天内作出重新鉴定结论。重新鉴定书经交警支队事故处理科确认加盖事故处理专用章后生效。

(一)委托人(二)委托日期和事项(三)提交的相关材料(四)检验、鉴定的时间(五)依据和结论性意见，通过分析得出结论性意见的，应当有分析证明过程。
检验报告、鉴定意见应当附有鉴定机构、鉴定人的资质证明或者其他证明文件。
