释义	法律分析: 债务人不见了债权人可以通过诉讼的方式讨债，对于下落不明的债务人，法院可以作出公告送达，如果在审判时被告没有正当理由拒不到庭，可以作出缺席判决。法律依据:《民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。第一百四十四条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
