提起离婚诉讼的主体要具备的要件：
1，必须是婚姻关系的一方当事人，其他任何第三人均不得以诉讼当事人的身份提出离婚诉讼；
2，必须与被告方具有合法夫妻关系；
3，必须具有完全的民事行为能力，不具备完全民事行为能力的人不能提起诉讼离婚等。
【法律依据】
《民法典》第一千零八十二条，【男方离婚诉权的限制】女方在怀孕期间、分娩后一年内或者终止妊娠后六个月内，男方不得提出离婚;但是，女方提出离婚或者人民法院认为确有必要受理男方离婚请求的除外。
