释义	法律分析: 结婚需要注意的问题： 1、男女双方必须是出于自愿结婚； 2、男方年龄不得早于二十二周岁，女方年龄不得早于二十周岁； 3、男女双方不是直系亲属，也不是三代以内旁系亲属； 4、任何一方在办理结婚登记时是单身状态，没有配偶； 5、男女双方当事人在登记结婚时是完全民事行为能力人。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
