释义	不可以。员工把货给弄丢了，员工是存在过错，公司确实是可以给予相应的处罚，而这个处罚可以严重到将其辞退，但不能够以该过错不发放员工的工资。不过，可以依照《工资支付暂行规定》第十六条的规定，要求员工赔偿，经济损失的赔偿，可从劳动者本人的工资中扣除。但每月扣除的部分不得超过劳动者当月工资的20%。若扣除后的剩余工资部分低于当地月最低工资标准，则按最低工资标准支付。法律依据《工资支付暂行规定》第十六条
