释义	法律分析: 不行。调岗是需要双方同意，3期不得降低女职工工资。调岗降薪属于变更劳动合同的主要内容，用人单位必须先与劳动者协商一致，未经劳动者同意，用人单位单方面调整岗位，原则上是无效的，可以先跟用人单位协商，协商不成可以申请劳动仲裁，到当地劳动争议仲裁委员会申请。法律依据: 《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第五条用人单位不得因女职工怀孕、生育、哺乳降低其工资、予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。
