释义	法律分析：试用期也是劳动合同期限的一部分，自用人单位用工之日起，就与员工建立劳动关系，应当支付劳动报酬。所以说，试用期期间，用人单位也应当支付工资，如果用工单位不支付试用期的工资，劳动者可以到劳动监察部门投诉或者申请劳动仲裁，维护好属于自己的劳动权益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条规定劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
