释义	《北京市高级人民法院关于审理公司强制清算案件操作规范》第四十六条清算组进行清算时发现被申请人的有关人员有下列行为的，应及时请求人民法院对直接责任人采取民事强制措施；涉嫌犯罪的，应当向公安机关报案：（一）伪造、销毁有关证据材料；隐匿或者销毁依法应当保存的会计凭证、会计账簿、财务会计报告；（二）隐匿、转移清算财产；（三）对资产负债表或者财产清单作虚假记载或者在未清偿债务前处分或分配被申请人财产，严重损害债权人或股东利益。
