释义	法律分析: 坐牢时间为一年。判一年的有期徒刑，有两年的考验期。在两年的考验期内遵守规定，不违法犯罪，考验期过了就不用坐一年牢。如果两年内不遵守规定或者再次违法犯罪就要立即执行一年有期徒刑。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十三条拘役的缓刑考验期限为原判刑期以上一年以下，但是不能少于二个月。有期徒刑的缓刑考验期限为原判刑期以上五年以下，但是不能少于一年。缓刑考验期限，从判决确定之日起计算。
