释义	法律分析: 合同是可以约定留置权的。留置权是指债务人不履行到期债务，债权人可以留置已经合法占有的债务人的动产，并有权就该动产优先受偿。例如:《民法典》规定行纪合同中，委托人逾期不支付报酬的，行纪人对委托物享有留置权，但是当事人另有约定的除外。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第四百四十七条【留置权的定义】债务人不履行到期债务，债权人可以留置已经合法占有的债务人的动产，并有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债权人为留置权人，占有的动产为留置财产。
