副驾驶不系安全带要怎么处罚 |

现在，在车辆驾驶过程中，不仅驾驶人员需要按照要求系上安全带，副驾驶人员也要系上安全带，不然就是交通违章行为。副驾驶不系安全带按照《道路交通安全法》，机动车行驶时，副驾驶乘坐人员也应当使用安全带。副驾驶必须佩戴安全带的规定早在旧交规中已经有明确规定。凡是在副驾驶上不佩戴安全带的，执勤交警均可以对乘坐人处以罚款20元的处罚。依据：《道路交通安全法实施条例》第五十一条机动车行驶时，驾驶人、乘坐人员应当按规定使用安全带，摩托车驾驶人及乘坐人员应当按规定戴安全头盔。
副驾驶不系安全带怎么处罚
司机不系安全带扣2分，乘坐人员不系安全带不扣分但要处于5元以上20元以下的罚款。机动车驾驶人违反《道路交通安全法》律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。交通安全法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
副驾驶不系安全带怎样处罚
1、在城市快速路上行驶时，驾驶人未按规定使用安全带的，罚款50元，扣2分；2、在高速公路或城市快速路以外的道路上行驶时，驾驶人未按规定使用安全带的，罚款50元，不扣分；3、(城市快速路是指--城市道路中设有中央分隔带，具有四条以上的车道，全部或部分采用立体交叉与控制出入，供车辆以较高的速度行驶的道路)；机动车行驶时，乘坐人员未按规定使用安全带的，罚款5元；4、在高速公路上行驶时，驾驶人未按规定使用安全带的，罚款50元，扣2分；5、车辆通行高速公路时，乘车人不按规定系安全带的，罚款20元；6、在城市市区限速50公里以下路段驾驶机动车，乘坐人未按规定使用安全带，经指出后立即改正的，口头警告。
《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第五十一条机动车行驶时，驾驶人、乘坐人员应当按规定使用安全带，摩托车驾驶人及乘坐人员应当按规定戴安全头盔。
