释义	律师解答：管辖权异议有力证据是异议的主体只能是本诉的被告。第三人也是诉讼的当事人，但是第三人，无论是有独立请求权的第三人，还是无独立请求权的第三人，都不能提出管辖权异议。提出异议的时间通常要在提交答辩状期间。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第三十八条人民法院受理案件后，当事人对管辖权有异议的，应当在提交答辩状期间提出。人民法院对当事人提出的异议，应当审查。异议成立的，裁定将案件移送有管辖权的人民法院;异议不成立的，裁定驳回。
