问题	员工一年事假不能超过多少天
释义	员工事假最长期限法律没有规定，由用人单位规章制度规定，并且可以与劳动者协商。不过职工事假全年累计不能超过20天。一年请事假20天以上不享有带薪年假。职工请事假累计20天以上且单位按照规定不扣工资的，将不再享受当年的年休假。职工请事假期间并未向用人单位提供劳动，用人单位原则上无需向职工支付事假期间的劳动报酬。事假以天或小时为单位。员工可以请事假，但必须说明真实理由，经过用人单位批准，履行请假手续。
