释义	律师分析：没有规定可以提前一个小时下班。但是得安排一个小时的哺育时间。对于哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿的女职工，每天安排一小时的哺乳时间。如果正常时间没有使用哺乳时间，可以与用人单位协商提前一个小时下班，具体由用人单位根据实际情况决定。用人单位应当在每天的劳动时间内为哺乳期女职工安排1小时哺乳时间；女职工生育多胞胎的，每多哺乳1个婴儿每天增加1小时哺乳时间。【法律依据】：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第九条对哺乳未满1周岁婴儿的女职工，用人单位不得延长劳动时间或者安排夜班劳动。
