问题	哪些情况下不得约定试用期？
释义	法律分析：试用期时用人单位和劳动者相互了解和考察的期限，大多数用人单位都有试用期，但是如果用人单位让劳动者成为非全日制用工，并且要求劳动者签订以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同或合同履行期限不满三个月的劳动合同，不能约定试用期。除此之外，如果劳动合同只约定了试用期，试用期也不成立，该期限只能作为劳动合同期限。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十二条规定，用人单位为劳动者提供专项培训费用，对其进行专业技术培训的，可以与该劳动者订立协议，约定服务期。
