释义	法律分析：租客退房时，要是房屋不是人为损坏的，租客也没有违背租赁合同条款的，出租房屋中介应当全额返还押金。要是中介违反押金返还义务，租客可以及时向工商部门举报。同时，也可向主管中介的房管局等部门进行投诉。法律依据：《房屋租赁合同司法解释》第十七条因承租人拖欠租金，出租人请求解除合同时，次承租人请求代承租人支付欠付的租金和违约金以抗辩出租人合同解除权的，人民法院应予支持。但转租合同无效的除外。次承租人代为支付的租金和违约金超出其应付的租金数额，可以折抵租金或者向承租人追偿。
