释义	法律分析：当事人不服商标局就商标所作出的相关决定，可以向其提出复审请求，由商标评审委员会重新进行审查的法定程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第二十九条在审查过程中，商标局认为商标注册申请内容需要说明或者修正的，可以要求申请人做出说明或者修正。申请人未做出说明或者修正的，不影响商标局做出审查决定。第三十条申请注册的商标，凡不符合本法有关规定或者同他人在同一种商品或者类似商品上已经注册的或者初步审定的商标相同或者近似的，由商标局驳回申请，不予公告。
