释义	17岁的员工，企业是可以招用的，但是17岁还算是未成年人，企业就必须要按照法律的规定保护未成年人。只要不是从事非法的工作是可以的，年满十六周岁的，可以从事与自己的身体状况相适应的工作。不属于童工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十五条禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须遵守国家有关规定，并保障其接受义务教育的权利。
