强迫他人写下的欠条是不具有法律效力，也就是说是无效的，债务人可以向法院申请该欠条，那么撤销后该欠条及时无效，那么还可以去仲裁机构去起诉要求撤销。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百五十条 一方或者第三人以胁迫手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受胁迫方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
