释义	若是下个月支付这个月的工资，则是合法的。若是第二个月再支付，则是不合法的。工资应当按劳动合同约定的日期支付，排除不可抗力因素，未因经营困难与工会协商暂时延期支付，用人单位当月工资未在下月发放的，是无故拖欠工资的违法行为。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条，工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
