问题	偷钓掉入池塘淹死，谁之过？
释义	夜深人静，天还下着小雨，某甲来到某乙自养鱼塘偷钓，结果，因地面湿滑，不幸掉入鱼塘中，鱼塘有点深，某甲水性不好，自救没有成功，最后被淹死在鱼塘里。死者家属称某些鱼塘水深有安全隐患，且安全防护措施不到位，存在过错，要求赔偿70余万元。有人说，人命关天，生命至上，应该赔偿；有人说，偷钓违法，鱼塘不是经营性鱼塘，某乙没有过错，不应赔钱。法院怎么判呢？
