名称发生变化后，该变化如果是经当事人协商一致同意的，该合同是有效的。因为在合同生效后，当事人不能因姓名、名称的变更或者法定代表人、负责人、承办人的变动而不履行合同义务。名称的变化非根本性的变化，所以依法订立的合同仍然是有效的。
