释义	法律分析：上诉二审可以调解，有两种处理方式：(一)二审期间双方当事人达成和解协议的，人民法院可以根据当事人的请求，对双方达成的和解协议进审查，并制作调解书送达当事人。(二)二审期间双方当事人达成和解协议的，可以向人民法院申请撤诉，人民法院经审查确认符合撤诉条件的，应予准许。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十二条第二审人民法院审理上诉案件，可以进行调解。调解达成协议，应当制作调解书，由审判人员、书记员署名，加盖人民法院印章。调解书送达后，原审人民法院的判决即视为撤销。
