容留卖淫2人与4人的没有区别。聚众淫乱罪与容留卖淫罪的区别两罪侵犯的同类客体都为社会管理秩序，由于两罪在表现形式上相互交叉，从而造成认定犯罪性质上的困难。区分二者的关键在于：
1、犯罪客观表现形式不同，容留卖淫聚众淫乱行为一般是行为人自己与他人奸淫，也有的是拉拢、怂恿他人之间搞淫乱活动，但不具有使人卖淫的情形；后罪在客观上表现为容留他人向行为人以外的第三人卖淫，而非供行为人奸淫；
2、犯罪主观方面不同，容留卖淫罪的主观故意在于为他提供卖淫场所，主观故意在于进行与卖淫无关的淫乱活动，并不在于促成他人卖淫。

《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》
第六十七条 引诱、容留、介绍他人卖淫的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
《中华人民共和国刑法》
第三百五十九条 【引诱、容留、介绍卖淫罪】引诱、容留、介绍他人卖淫的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；情节严重的，处五年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金。
【引诱幼女卖淫罪】引诱不满十四周岁的幼女卖淫的，处五年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金。
