婚前协议合法吗 ?

法律分析:
合法有效。婚前夫妻双方是可以就财产等问题签订协议，协议内容只要不存在违反法律的强制性规定以及双方签订属于真实的意思表示的，协议就有效，对双方均具有约束力。存在欺诈、胁迫以及乘人之危等情形的，协议属于可撤销的，可以在一人的主张下无效。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。
依法成立的合同仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
