法律分析：
在代理权限内与第三人(又称相对人)发生法律行为,其法律后果直接由被代理人承受的民事法律制度。代理人是在委托人授权的前提下,以委托人的名义与第三人订立合同,委托事务完成后,根据合同中有偿或无偿的约定,而决定是否向代理人支付报酬。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百一十九条 委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
