释义	我国《继承法》没有明确规定转继承制度，但根据《继承法》第二十五条的规定：继承开始后，遗产分割前，继承人没有表示放弃的，就视为接受继承。和《最高人民法院关于贯彻执行〈中华人民共和国继承法〉若干问题的意见》第五十二条的规定：继承开始后，继承人没有表示放弃继承，并于遗产分割前死亡的，其继承遗产的权利转移给他的合法继承人。以及第五十三条的规定：继承开始后，受赠人表示接受遗赠，并于遗产分割前死亡的，其接受遗赠的权利移转给他的继承人。据此，转继承制度在我国已得到确认。
