释义	无法当场向被处罚人宣告的，应当在二日内送达被处罚人。决定给予行政拘留处罚的，应当及时通知被处罚人的家属。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
