释义	女职工产假期间一般不从单位领工资，而是享受生育生活津贴，有多长产假，就领多久的生育生活津贴。从业生育女职工缴纳社会保险费累计满一年的，其生育生活津贴按本人生产或流产当月的城镇养老保险费缴费基数，乘以本人按规定享受的生育生活津贴期限计发。《女职工劳动保护特别条例》第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；难产的，应增加产假15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，可增加产假15天。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
