在现实生活中，如果在劳动合同期限届满之后，用人单位对于该劳动者比较满意，而劳动者也愿继续为用人单位服务的，一般都会续签劳动合同。如前所述，试用期对于用人单位而言，是有利的。那么，在续签劳动合同的时候，可以再次约定试用期吗？
《劳动合同法》第十九条第二款规定："同一用人单位与同一劳动者只能约定一次试用期。"
从这条规定可以看出，用人单位对于同一个劳动者，只能约定一次试用期，因此，在续签劳动合同的时候，用人单位不得再次约定试用期。
