释义	法律分析：媳妇没有赡养公婆的法定义务，我国法律只规定了子女对父母的法定赡养义务，但作为媳妇，有协助其配偶赡养父母的协助义务。另外丧偶的媳妇或者是丧偶的女婿对其公婆尽到了主要赡养义务的，可以作为第一顺序继承人继承其岳父岳母的遗产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
