(八)定期对社区矫正人员开展走访；
(九)组织日常教育学习、社区服务和心理辅导活动；
(十)按时对社区矫正人员进行考核并实施分类管理；
(十一)提出社区矫正人员的奖惩建议；
(十二)负责社区矫正人员外出的审批或者审核；
(十三)组织动员基层社会力量参与社区矫正工作；
(十四)按时作出社区矫正人员矫正期满书面鉴定；
(十五)办理解除矫正手续，提出安置帮教建议，做好与安置帮教工作衔接；
(十六)其他依法应当履行的职责。
一、社区矫正的适用情形有哪些？
(一)被判处管制的。
(二)被宣告缓刑的。
(三)被暂予监外执行的。具体包括：有严重疾病需要保外就医的，怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女，生活不能自理，适用暂予监外执行不致危害社会的。
(四)被裁定假释的。
二、被判缓刑在社区矫正期间需要遵守哪些规定？
(一)遵守法律、行政法规，服从监督；
(二)按照考察机关的规定报告自己的活动情况；
(三)遵守考察机关关于会客的规定；
(四)离开所居住的市、县或者迁居，应当报经考察机关批准。
